I have discovered the best ice cream in the world.
PC Ice Cream Shop Chocolate and Peanut Butter. It is my very favourite.
Sometimes I exaggerate things, I’ll admit. My coworkers make fun of me because I have a lot of “favourites” (people and things), but I like to think I have favourites in different categories. For example, I have several favourite funny people – a sarcastic humour favourite, a dry humour favourite, a cheesy humour favourite (my coworker Brian takes the cake here), a silly humour favourite, etc. They just can’t compare to eachother, so they are each a fave of mine.
But this ice cream… It is absolutely hands down my FAVOURITE in the ice cream category. It probably helps that chocolate and peanut butter is also my favourite combination (well, favourite sweet combination).

I can’t get enough of this stuff! Peanut butter ice cream with chocolate pieces and EXTRA PEANUT BUTTER?! Sweet baby cheeses.
I think I’ve gotten my point across.
In my I Love Canada post I think I probably should have included President’s Choice products though, because PC definitely does things right around herrrre.
Shmanyway, I enjoyed that cup of deliciousness for dessert after a pretty darn good dinner of fish tacos.
I made the fish tacos by pan-frying sole until it was cooked through and then adding a bit of taco seasoning to the mix (instead of making a big elaborate salsa like the last time I made fish tacos). They turned out pretty well!
I used whole wheat wraps for my fishy tacos and topped with cheese, salsa, lettuce and tomato and dug in.
Some more recent eats…
Ham sandwich on these amazing fresh buns I bought for our turkey burgers the other night. Yeah, it’s white bread, but they are so good I didn’t want them to go to waste.
I missed my morning snack because I was out shopping for office furniture with my coworker, so I just tacked it onto my lunch.
Liberté vanilla Greek yogurt with sliced peach and Enjoy Life Cranapple Crunch granola. So yummy I may consider it dessert.
Another day, another whole wheat waffle! This one topped with blueberries and pure maple syrup. And I also had a handful of almonds on the side. Perfecto.
This morning I set my alarm for 5:30, intending to go for a run, and I slept right through it! Oh well, I guess I needed the sleep. My run probably won’t happen today unless it cools down a bit later, since running outside right now would be equivalent to running in a sauna. Maybe I’ll do some DIY hot yoga on my patio like this girl does! 🙂
I’m out friends! Have a great night!
